Reem Island will one day hold 280,000 residents and is currently divided into three areas:
* Marina Square – Consists of 13 high rise towers, townhouses, a marina and the Paragon Mall. A Cineplex, retail outlets, restaurants, a five-star hotel, private beach access and sports facilities will be ready shortly.
* City Of Lights – Based around the impressive Sun & Sky Towers (with the Boutik Mall) the Gate Towers and The Arc.
* Shams Abu Dhabi – Running the length of the mangroves is the largest project on the island covering 25% of Al Reem. The apartments in this area offer unobstructed views over Saadiyat Island on one side and the City on the other.
