Mamsha Al Saadiyat
Due for completion in 2017, the latest off plan project promises to be a first of its kind as a beachfront residential and retail destination in the heart of the Cultural District. When completed, Mamsha Al Saadiyat will offer a range of one to four bedroom apartments including loft style and townhouses. Prices for the one bedroom apartments start from under AED 2.8 million.
